Terms of Service

1. Booking requests

Submitting the booking form on this website sends a booking request, not a confirmed reservation. We will reply within 24 hours to confirm availability for your chosen tour, date and time. No payment is taken at the request stage.

2. Pricing

Each tour has a base price for up to 2 guests, plus a fixed amount per additional guest, as shown on the Services page. Prices are in Euros (€) and are confirmed at the time we accept your booking.

3. Group sizes

All our tours accommodate 2–10 guests. If your group is larger, get in touch and we will do our best to arrange multiple guides.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may not be refundable, at the guide's discretion.

5. Guides

All tours are led by state certified independent guides. Authentic Experience acts as the platform connecting you with them; each guide is responsible for the conduct and content of the tour they lead.

6. Your conduct

We ask all guests to arrive on time and to treat guides, venues and fellow travelers with respect. A guide may end a tour early, without refund, in cases of abusive or unsafe behaviour.

7. Liability

Tours may involve walking on uneven historic streets and visiting public venues outside our control. Please let us know in advance about any accessibility needs or health considerations so your guide can plan accordingly.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies to your booking.
