Yes. Every guide on our platform holds a state certification issued by the Italian Ministry of Tourism. This is a rigorous qualification that requires deep knowledge of art history, local culture, and professional guiding standards. You can verify their certification on request.

We offer full refunds for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable.

Comfortable walking shoes are essential — Florence is a city of cobblestones. We recommend bringing a camera, water bottle, and sun protection. For the Aperitour, come with an appetite!

Most of our tours involve walking on historic cobblestone streets. Please contact us in advance if you have specific accessibility needs so we can accommodate you. We are happy to adapt routes where possible.
