Our Aperitour runs for 3 hours, the Morning City Tour is 2.5 hours, and Guide on Demand is flexible based on your needs, booked by the hour.
We keep groups intimate: all our tours accommodate 2–10 guests.
Full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before the tour. At least 7 days but less than 14: we keep 20% and refund 80%. Less than 7 days: we keep 50% and refund 50%. Cancellations on the day of the tour, and no-shows, are not refunded.
Yes. Every guide holds a state certification issued by the Italian Ministry of Tourism — a rigorous qualification requiring deep knowledge of art history, local culture and professional guiding standards.
